It's clear from these two more reliable sources that the widely-circulated
photo claiming to be of the power grid failure in the NE, and supposedly
taken from a non-existent satellite named "GeoStar," is a doctored fake.

Several copies of were forwarded to me this past week by others so it must
have gotten wide circulation.
