It's lightly used at present, but has possibilities.

P.S.  Maybe a reason that it's lightly used is that the
wanna-be hams who need it wouldn't know how to find it--
"elmer" is a term in our jargon, and the wanna-be doesn't
know that an "elmer" is what he needs.
