[Qcwa] Elmers Urgently Needed

Your local testing sessions and local radio clubs would be an ideal
place to "inform" new, and old, hams about Elmers and Elmering.

I'm not anywhere near being eligible for QCWA but certainly developing
such an informational handout listing local club contact information,
Elmer information including web resources could be something QCWA
chapters could take on.  But it's not limited to QCWA.  The local club
should be doing that to promote the hobby and further all hams'
education.

Just my thoughts.

P.S.  Maybe a reason that it's lightly used is that the
wanna-be hams who need it wouldn't know how to find it--
"elmer" is a term in our jargon, and the wanna-be doesn't
know that an "elmer" is what he needs.
