[Qcwa] Elmers Urgently Needed

Hi Mark......we can all do our part on a local level however there is a need
for a "reservoir" of Elmers who would be accessible via the internet for
example. Many amateurs live in remote areas where there are few or no others
to talk to.
I have suggested in the past that QCWA consider such a program.......I am
sure there are many who would be pleased to help out.
Your Dad Jack was a good example.......I often went to him for advice when I
was a teenager.
