Dave - it's an excellent idea and I would like to see something like that
happen. Several years ago, I started to form a chapter here in the Wilmington,
DE area without much sucess. I obtained a charter for a chapter, but couldn't
come up with enough interested hams to activate it. Maybe if I had a geographic
listing, I might have had more sucess.   Good luck.
