And that's the correct way of going about it. As popular as "civil 
disobedience" is, it's still showing
a disregard for an agreement you made. IF you absolutely have to live 
there, *and* feel the need
for an outside antenna, you should go through the legal system Not just 
think, "I'm special, the
rules need not apply to me."

As Augie pointed out, there's others that have the same attitude, only 
in their case, it's the high
speed cruising down the street of an oversized SUV.

If you're special, then they should be special too.
