No, but I have used a similar B&W product -- the AP-10A -- see http://www.bwantennas.com/eng/ap10a.eng.htm

Some years ago, on my honeymoon in New Zealand, I regularly made contacts on CW all over Australia with that thing with only about a watt of power -- that's several thousand miles away. 

Needless to say, I am known as a Hot Date :)

These days, I still use the same QRP rig and the little B&W antenna when camping and, occasionally, when traveling to somewhere new overseas on business and it still gets out amazingly well with that one watt running from dry cells -- Life is Good!
