[PVRCNC] ARRL160 Log submission

Good morning, Howie-

I've received some emails about an error with the 160m contest robot.
It appears to be ignoring all DX QSOs because DX stations do not have
to send a QTH in their exchange.

We are working on the problem. For the time being, please do not
submit any logs until we correct this issue. I will post a note to the
reflector when this has been corrected.

It was good to work you from W1AW this weekend.
