FYI for anyone travelling from Raleigh to Dayton, this week we plan to
link Raleigh to a couple of Dayton-area repeaters. The Raleigh 146.775
repeater (88.5 PL) is IRLP node 4260, and the 441.725 repeater and
linked machines (100.0 PL) are on node 4270, and 444.625 is node 5270.
146.775 will be connected to IRLP reflector channel 9202 through next
Sunday.

> DAYTON AREA NODES
> IRLP NODE 4235, Miamisburg, is across town from the Hamvention site,
> but is located near the Dayton Mall and many of the hotels. Node 4235
> will most likely be camped out on Reflector 9202. Node 4235 is on the
> WB8YXD Repeater, on 442.300 (+5)
>
> IRLP NODE 4267, Dayton, is located on a 400 foot tower immediately
> adjacent to the Hamvention site. Node 4267 will most likely not be
> connected anywhere specific. It will be used by VE7LTD and VE3SY from
> Hamvention booth 324, for demonstration contacts and others that would
> like to make outgoing calls. Node 4267 is on the WF8M Repeater,
> accessible on 443.775 +5, with 131.8 tone and simultaneously on 53.03
> -1.0 MHz
>
> Both of these nodes are open nodes, but the owners certainly reserve
> the right to add a prefix, disconnect or disable them if Hamvention
> conditions get too wacky. Please be kind, these are both brand new
> nodes. Local operators are just getting used to the operation.

> Other area nodes include:
> IRLP NODE 4106, Eaton (West of Dayton) listed on 444.9375, +5 w/67.0 Hz

> IRLP NODE 5690, Warren County (South of Dayton) listed on 442.425
> w/118.8 Hz tone.
