[PVRCNC] WANTED:STRONG MAGNET

Guys,

I need to borrow a strong magnet.

I am working on redoing all the bathrooms.  While moving one toilet
floor flange, my screwdriver jumped out of my hands.  You can figure
the odds, but anyhow, it jumped into the drain pipe. (try tossing one
several hundred times and see if you can make this happen) 

I have crawled under the house and located where it is by tapping.  If
I had a strong magnet, I may be able to work it back up the plastic
pipe (from the outside) to back where it can be reached.

Unfortunately, the metal shaft went into the drain first-- otherwise I
might have been able to fish it out with a line and magnet.

Am hesitant to put anything into the drain to try and retrieve it--
might get it deeper into the system.

The other alternative is to cut the pipe.  My last resort.
