[Premium-Rx] Cubic R-3036 dual MF/HF receiver info wanted

Update -
Well, my hamfest gamble was 50% successful. My bad Panel Interface module
is due to a bad GAL16V8 programmed chip (Cubic 3871-3003 ver 1.0). The
problem changes sides when I swap this one chip. Sigh.
Just in case anyone ever turns up a junker R-3036 or a 2866-1102 Panel
Interface Module - or some other Panel Interface that *might* use this
chip, please keep me in mind....
