[Premium-Rx] siemens e311

I see the E88CC equivalent in the US is a 6922.  Unless my memory has 
slipped, old Tektronix scopes and other test equipment were loaded with 
these.  I probably have a bunch of used but good pulls in my collection.

I was unaware audio guys went for these.  I wonder why.  A friend who 
designs guitar amps for Sovtek found them inadequate for audio use.
