Hello Elan,
I don't know where you can find one in the UK but I am in Germany and over here they show up once in a while. The E311 b1 is most common. There are other versions and they differ somewhat.  I have at least three E311. 
I might have two E311 b1 let me check. 
Shipping to the UK would not be a problem. GLS parcel service is very quick and maximum weight is 40kg. Shipping is about EUR 30.

The E311 uses eight E88CC tubes which are highly sought after by the audio fools. My first E311 was missing all E88CC.
