[Premium-Rx] WJ-8711A Cosmetics

 My WJ-8711A could use some front panel cosmetic improvements.  I have some questions about the front panel overlay and lighted pushbuttons.
1.  Is a new panel overlay very difficult to install?2 . I have located a WJ-8711-1 overlay---will it work for the WJ-8711A, or is a 8711A overlay available?3.  Can the small lighted front panel pushbutton caps be replaced or does the whole switch have to be replaced?     If the caps are replaceable, are they available?  (I only have one ugly one--the tuning lock pushbutton)
Also, on the back panel, my terminal block (TB1--13 pins) just has some recessed pointed contacts---no screw terminals.Is there another piece that goes with this that provides the screw terminals and is it available?
