Hello,

Yes, the original connector is a Amphenol PCD ELFP13210. Arrow has them in stock. https://www.arrow.com/en/products/elfp13210/amphenol

I also found that several manufacturers, like Phoenix Contact, make a compatible connector. This style of removable terminal block seems like a defacto standard.
