[Premium-Rx] Premium-Rx Digest, Vol 111, Issue 1

Steve shut down PCS some months ago.  I was waiting to see if he
made a general announcement about this, but apparently he did not.
My 8718A/MFP was the last, or among the last, receivers he worked on
and I am grateful for that.  A shame to lose PCS...
