Hello Karl-Arne,
the link to the manual is very helpful, even I can not read swedish very well. But I will learn nice words like "kraftenhet" and "Manoeverpanel"!
The oscillator of my unit is not a black Racal, but a silver Nihon Dempa TB504A dated Aug-1976. From the size I would guess it to be an OCXO, but I am not sure (no info found, maybe somewhere in the manual).
After 30 minutes on the 5 MHz output has a deviation about -5 Hz = 1 ppm measured with one counter and +1 Hz with another counter. So exactness is very good for the purpose.
