[Premium-Rx] Looking for Cubic 3030 PS module and or repair source

Greetings.
 
I'm looking for either:
 
1) a PS module for a Cubic 3030 (assy num. 2140-1124)
 
2) a good Cubic mechanic; or
 
3) a good idea what to check.  The module fault light is lit,  infrequently 
the PS will work and light will go out after cyling through the  modules, 
and stays working as long as powered up, but when left sitting  more than 
about an hour the PS module will not restart 99 times out of a  hundred. The 
module behaves the same way in either slot in the 3030 and the  other PS 
module performs well in either slot so it's definitely the  module.
 
Appreciate any ideas or help - I started after the electrolytics with my  
ESR meter either and found the meter dead (groan)  ohmmeter shows nothing  
interesting - I'm hoping trouble does not come in threes :))
