I suspect the auction in question here was radio-mart's.  If so take 
a look at this link and
you will have good perspective of this particular seller.  Also if it 
is him he bought the units in question
at the Dayton hamfest in May and you can bet the unit was non 
functioning before it was parted out so
there will be some unhappy buyers.
