[Premium-Rx] WJ8615p

Hello to the group.
 A bit old hat ,But to anyone who is running a wj8615p,I wonder if you've had problems with the A1A10 79622 Audio video P.C.board..........This is the 3rd Rx ive had problems with a cluster of caps (or so i thought) going short circuit.
The true problem is the multi layer board breaking down under c20 (bottom left corner of board) sometimes taking out the inductor, and in the case of the 1st rx. the P.S.U ! (shorts out the neg15vdc rail)..... schematic 580571 pg FP37 FO18.
Now the big question....are any of these boards available and if so how much including shipping to the UK. Ive sealed the board with a resin after cleaning carbon from the damaged area and I am unable to replace the 100uf cap because of the damage caused. I just hope the board doesn't break down again.
Hope this information aids someone else.
As a final thought ...... is it me? or as I get older does the saying "A temperary repair job becomes a permanent repair if there are more than four fixing screws to the cabinet"! start to ring true.
