[Premium-Rx] Ten-Tec SP 325 ??

I'm guessing that this receiver isn't in the premium class even though it has a CPU and 64 memories, so please don't beat me up for asking for some info.   I just got one that has some problems and some may be me!  I can store and recall frequencies but the other functions escape me.  It locks up once in a while, but that could be me.  The LED for the 2.8 KHz filter lights up but no sound comes thru and I'm not sure if its the filter or something else.  I'd like to find a manual or copy or at least instructions on how to work the keypad.
