The WJ M9 series are very old double-balanced mixers.
Brief data is found in the document http://www.wj.com/pdf/technotes/Intermod_2bal_mixers.pdf
The M9E is approximately equivalent to the Mini-Circuits RAY-3.
and the M9D is comparablt to the SRA-3H in performance.
