[Premium-Rx] Receiver info - USSR R155P?

I saw a very interesting receiver "USSR R155P"  at
http://www.helmut-singer.de under the Receivers category, but am having
a very hard time to find more information about this receiver.

There is some info. in German on the site, but I don't know any German.

Does anyone have any info. on this beauty/beast?
