[Premium-Rx] Rhode Schwarz EK-07 vs. R390A

I have 2 R-390A's, and an EK-07/2. The EK-07 hears everything the R-390A's
do, with a much more pleasant audio quality. The EK-07 is easier to "cruise"
around the frequencies with. CW reception (which is my favorite mode of
operation) is better on the EK-07 in heavily congested amateur band
conditions.
The rival of the EK-07 is the Telefunken E104/KW - it's about the same size
and weight, and somewhat similar in the circuitry, sensitivity, selectivity
and dial style. I love mine (ex German Post Office...). I usually use the
R-390A's on AM/CW net operations. When I'm hunting weak signal DX on CW, I
use either the EK-07 or the E104/KW.
BTW I just got rid of an Icom 756 as any of my "classic" receivers could
hear stations which were lost in the phase noise of the Icom. Got a Ten-Tec
Omni VI+ and it has a phenomenal receiver, and I like the computer control
via its standard serial port.

Though these may not qualify in the premium category, I'm wondering if any
experts on this list have compared these two? Looking for the ultimate
receiver in the sensitivity category, as I hunt for weak stations on the
60/90m bands and need a true and proven performer.

I have a Chuck Rippel R390A and it's hard to beat. Not a whole lot of
published info on the EK-07, though. Your input is appreciated.
