[Premium-Rx] Problems with RA6790/GM

I have a couple of problems with a RA6790/GM I'd appreciate some
pointers on.

No errors are reported by the BITE test, and all filters are detected.

Fault 1:
High processor noise. Varying tones while tuning, continuous whine when
stopped. Over all ranges. A6A2 board has latest software and new
battery, board has also been checked OK by Gary W. A4 board and entire
front panel have been swapped with another unit, with no change i.e.
problem stays with the unit.

Fault 2:
When manual AGC engaged and IF gain backed off to threshold point and
beyond, unit "motorboats". Becomes more severe the further the gain is
backed off. Fault is associated with the A4 board, because the problem
transfers to other radios when this board is swapped.

Due fault finding in other radios, this one has also had at various
times the A1 A2 A3 & A8 boards swapped, in addition to the A4 & front
panel.
