[Premium-Rx] Antenna Coupler

I have a CU1280/FRD-10A(V) 32 port receiver coupler.
Bureau of Naval Ships, made by Sylvania.

I don't have the only one ever made and I don't have a book 
or schematic.

Do any of you have such a beast with manual/schematic?
I would be happy to pay for a copy.
