[Premium-Rx] Query re NRD 371 and HMK-EADS

Hi Jan and group,

1.JRC NRD-371
Only made and estimated for the Japanese Defense Agency.
I had requested quotation to JRC but unfortunately they couldn't send 
estimation and sent above mentions by Fax.
(My opinion, I thought this specification comes from Hagenuk RX3002.)
2.HMK-EADS 
This as some abbreviations and just Hagenuk.
