[Premium-Rx] Problem with RA3702

Hi all,
 
I have a RA3702 and includes the complete IEEE-488 Processor
Module ST87649 BS01 for GP-IB and S/W ISSUE P87915/20 
that don't have any fault and normal operating mode, can receive 
setting frequency and signals.

I requires use RS-423 interface and MA3700 then I changed the 
complete serial ASCII Processor Module ST87707 BS01 and 
S/W ISSUE P87915/17 that don't work normal operating mode 
and can't receive setting frequency and signals, but don't have any 
fault. 
Also I changed another complete serial ASCII Processor 
Module ST87707 BS01 and S/W ISSUE P87915/12 that have 
the same problem of operation.

Please advice any suggestions as to a known problem.
