[PPRAANet] R3 Radio Blackout

I thought the NOAA's animation of the effects were such a good 
educational visualization, I captured a video of it to be used for 
reference later.

I love how, at about 2000 UTC, the ionosphere pretty much hung up a 
"closed" sign and said, "hams, go outside and shovel your sidewalks... 
or find a good book to read. There will be no more DX for you today!" 😂

Feel free to download that video and share it around with others who 
might be studying for their Amateur Extra license, or any other science 
fans you know.

And let's all be grateful for the atmosphere and magnetic field that 
protect us from that radiation, down here on the planet's surface!
