[PPRAANet] R3 Radio Blackout

Believe the R3 around 20:15 UTC was caused by an X2 event that just happened minutes prior.  The wave of material from the previous CME should be arriving in the next hour or so and should cause some G1 or G2 geomagnetic storming.

That big red glob is what is causing it.  We just got nailed by the predicted CME for Feb 17.

We may have trouble west bound depending on how long the ionosphere stays ionized.

The worse is yet to come this sunspot cycle.
