I can't give you itemized breakdown, but can almost guarantee it's a fraction of what you would pay in Ulta-progressive Minnesota where I live. I would pay the clerk with a big smile and have a nice day and thanks.

Material Fee (Year Tab)      $0.17
                                            $11.92
Paid under protest but the plates were only $2.00 plus $5.64 for the metal plus $4.28 for bureaucracy.
Just saying!  Looking for complaint form or is this the experience others have had?
