[PPRAANet] [Fwd: tower laws in Colorado Springs]

They have CC&R's at Falcon Heights and there is a ham with a tower (I can't 
afford one yet), and he got by it by having it written into his contract he 
could have a tower. The developer, Tom Pfost, would do anything for a sell. 
When Tom asked him about the FAA, the ham said, "you let me worry about 
that, it's between me and the FAA." He did. We mostly have 2½ acre plots out 
here. Plenty of room. Tom doesn't run it any more. I think he's on the run.

I'm about one mile from the South end of the Meadow Lake airport.
