[PCR-1000] repair?

There are "average values" floating around the internet to at least get you
EPROM awake, and maybe close enough to make you happy...of course this has
nothing to do with a lightning strike...and the radio will probably never be
better than it was...basically a spectrum analyzer  ;-)
