[PCR-1000] EEPROM Backup

All PCR receivers sold in the US have the cellular frequencies blocked.

Therefore, the code in the EEPROM is different, as I assume you bought your
receiver  in the EU someplace.  "export" versions do not have the cell phone
frequencies blocked.

Thats probably what your looking at.
