[PCR-1000] EEPROM Backup

Yes, I know that in the US are some frequencies blocked.
But I think that such software should only exactly copy the content of 
the EEPROM and no matter what it contains.
In that country selector there are 12 options: JAPAN, FRA, GENE1, GENE2, 
DEN, USA and all the same with FCC prefix. Which is the best for me, if 
I have radio bought in Europe (without blocking)?
