[PCR-1000] RS-232 DB-9 Pinouts

Not only the RTS has to be kept up, but the attached computer or device must
respond to the perioding "keep-alive" packets the PCR1000 sends. At least
this was so in the first units, if now they can be kept up with just RTS
that would be a real improvement.
