4     DTR     Out     Data terminal ready

5     GND          Signal ground

9     RI     In     Ring indicator


The PCR-1000 manual doesn't have the pinouts.
To hold power on the PCR, the RTS line must be held high.  Otherwise the PCR
will auto power-down in about 20 seconds.
