[PCR-1000] RS-232 DB-9 Pinouts

[nt1g at comcast.net]

 I'm tempted to play with the Ring Indicator line...I'm not sure for what,
(it's probalby too noisy for audio) perhaps a real S-Meter or squelch detect.
 Ideas?
