I guess this would imply that your hardware switch settings are OK, and =
also
speaker
working somehow, either internal or thro pc by whatever means.  The
implication is
that there is something talkprc IS NOT doing that icom s/w IS doing. Is =

still true ??

Further, as you are getting o/p at PACKET then your radio is ON and
presumable
tunable? Perhaps check settings in    menu/File/Options/PCR Type  in =
case
theres
some obscure interaction there.
