[PCR-1000] eeprom backup/restore

A long time ago, someone on this list had a database of many peoples EPROM
data.  They even ran an analysis on the data and came up with a good
starting point values that would at least get someone up and running who had
lost their EPROM.
I don't remember who did this, but if anyone wants I can look back into my
old group emails and find it...
