[PCR-1000] eeprom backup/restore

One note about backing up your eeprom settings:

The many programs (including TalkPCR) that have a backup & restore function
do not all use the same file format for the eeprom data.  So.. be sure to
back it up with whatever you're going to restore it with.

I also transferred the eeprom contents into a spreadsheet (with the memory
addresses as the row & column headings and printed them out.  This makes it
easier to read and compare one radio's contents to another.
