yep, download talkPCR it is light years better than the icom or bonito 
software, and make sure you back up your eeprom (which talkPCR supports as 
they tend to loose the settings and if so you have to send the radio back to 
icom if you havent backed up the settings on your pc

trunkpcr1k is a neat program for doing trunked signals with the pcr and 
pcrscope is another neat spectral tool for the radio
