[PCR-1000] ICOM IC-PCR1000 software on Windows XP

Remember on XP to right mouse clikc on the shortcut in the
start/programs menu for the ICOM program and then click on the
Compatibility tab at the top of the Properties dialog box. Then select
'Run this program in compatibility mode for: Window 95'. Also check the
Disable Visual Themes. I've found that by doing this I've eliminated all
the problems I was having as well it appears to run smoother and faster.
