[PCR-1000] Windows WP home

The typical out-of-the-box Unix flavor is generally wide open and not
configured well for anybody...

After a very thorough evaluations, we selected red hat for as an OEM version
for an industrial product,

They do produce for us a distribution configured out of the box to our
liking.  This includes making it VERY secure on install... the preferred
method of starting with the doors and windows (no pun intended) locked
allowing the eventual end user to open what they need.
Why were they willing to do this?  The simple answer is VOLUME...
