[PCR-1000] Win XP and Icom Software

Radiocom 4 and 5 are generally pretty solid under XP.
The problems we are aware of are as follows:
- Sound card drivers. Poorly written drivers are the main source of
problems, espoecially under Me and XP. Use Windows Update and the sound card
manufacturer's web site to update them
- Radiocom 5 has a problem which stops it running if you have MDAC 2.6 or
later installed on your system. Bonito are working on this at the moment,
and a download will be available from their web site when fixed

Amongst other problems under XP. I have all of the Radiocomm versions from 4
on up to 5.1, and none of them work under XP correctly. If it is not one
problem it is another. Such as problems with the satellite tracking feature.
The base map is nonexistent at most zoom levels except for the closest. The
application is slow, and the decoding buttons under some of the panels are
reversed. A very poorly made piece of software for the money in my opinion.
However this is strictly my opinion. Take it as you will.

- Resource leak in Radiocom 4. If you run it for a couple of days you may
find Windows comes to a halt because of a small resources leak.
