[PCR-1000] Win XP and Icom Software

Robert,

I have yet to get Radiocomm to run under XP, whatever version I have. 
 It fails to initialize the setup file or settings file when run for the 
first time, and complains that it can't open an empty file, and then 
promptly exits.  I see an empty .ini file in the directory where the 
program is.  If I delete this, as this wasn't part of the install 
itself...it complains of the same thing.  As a matter of fact, it 
doesn't matter whether I delete this file or not, Radiocomm won't run on 
my system.

I don't know about Radiocom, as it is a commercial piece of software. 
 At one point, I had the trial version of 4.0, and never installed it as 
I had heard bad things about it on this list from someone, can't recall who.
