[PCR-1000] Win XP and Icom Software

Radiocom 4 and 5 are generally pretty solid under XP.=20
The problems we are aware of are as follows:
- Sound card drivers. Poorly written drivers are the main source of =
problems, espoecially under Me and XP. Use Windows Update and the sound =
card manufacturer's web site to update them
- Radiocom 5 has a problem which stops it running if you have MDAC 2.6 =
or later installed on your system. Bonito are working on this at the =
moment, and a download will be available from their web site when fixed
- Resource leak in Radiocom 4. If you run it for a couple of days you =
may find Windows comes to a halt because of a small resources leak.
