[PCR-1000] PCR 1000 Bandscope Spurious Signal

I also see the 'spur' with both Scancat Gold and the original Icom software.
 There is always a broadcast to one side or the other of it.  I am just
assuming it's a frequency being used that I can't seem to tune in for some
reason.

I have never loaded the average values in my radio....being as I saved the
eprom from the beginning.
