[PCR-1000] PCR 1000 Bandscope Spurious Signal

I have also seen this spurious signal in several pieces of software for the
pcr-1000. The problem appears to originate in one of the IF stages, and this
appears to be the way that the band scope represents the interference.
Always 150 KHZ higher than the Received frequency, and is present even on
quiet bands.
