[PCR-1000] Considering PCR-1000

I had read somewhere that if you flash the eeprom with someone's radio
eeprom settings from another country, this unlocks the country code for the
radio. I wouldn't want to try it, as all the aligment data is in that
eeprom info that you're flashing. I had read somewhere, possibly on this
group, that it had been done.
